The selection method will rate each of these criteria, and consider the overall job performance likely to be achieved by each candidate.  A short list of the best applicants will be compiled, and interviews conducted with this short list.  At the interview, the same selection criteria will be assessed by the interviewer, as well as your personal attributes.

Because we are seeking a strong overall performer,  you can be successful even if you feel that one or other of the selection criteria exposes a specific gap in your experience.  Do not let a feeling that you could not meet some aspects of the requirements deter you from applying - you may be strong enough in other areas to compensate!

A second or subsequent interview(s) may be required before the final selection.
